Sending a police officer to a former patients home to issue a "no trespass" order when they haven't been to your office since treatment ended and in response to the writing of a truthful review is further proof of intimidation and retaliation and it's been reported to the appropriate state authority.

Waiting 8 months to decide a records pick-up visit was actually "trespassing" when it occured the same day and just before you documented that you spoke to my surgeon to discuss how everything was fine and there were no concerns is very interesting. Can an active patient be "trespassing" while having a clinical assessment done at the same time?

Rest assured the officer heard the truth. Stop wasting public resources. My review is staying up. I have zero interest in ever stepping foot in your office again.

I can't let the recent barrage of positive reviews eclipse my truly amazing experience. After all, I did have a complex double jaw surgery with a high-profile craniofacial surgeon and it's not everyday that your basic neighborhood orthodontist gets to capitalize on such an opportunity. As you can imagine, the orthodontic part of my treatment was taken very seriously by Dr. Romani and Im excited to let people know exactly what that treatment entailed!

Dr. Romani is super meticulous and has very high standards. She's the type to leave a review for a nail salon and demand they change their sign because they short changed her 50 cents. Now that is what I call a perfectionist! That is the exact type of doctor you want when you're going through a major surgery that cuts and rearranges your facial bones. I would post a before and after picture but Dr. Romani let me know my facial aesthetics weren't quite up to her standards so I guess just go look at her own face and judge for yourself. But believe me when I tell you that overall, she treated me with the utmost respect and handled my 30k jaw surgery with the care it deserved.

​Her office staff were also a highlight of my positive experience. Toward the end of my "treatment", they missed every single one of my phone calls, but they were kind enough to text me in real-time to let me know they could see I was calling. Even Dr. Romani herself needed some of my help to gather my medical records because she wasn’t quite sure what a medical record consisted of, but I totally get that it's hard to release records to a patient when you need to alter them first.

Dr. Romani was very considerate of the fact that I work overnight shifts. She spent almost a year post-op "fixing" a 1mm midline that turned out to be impossible to fix due to my thin bone and severe crowding, a fact I stumbled upon accidentally. I guess I should've tried harder to ignore the biological reality of my own anatomy. Sometimes the amount of time you spend $ in braces is more important to Dr. Romani than actually being able to reach a purported clinical goal, especially when there's a famous surgeon involved. Don't worry if the elastics she gives you that you have to change yourself doesnt actually result in any measurable progress, that just might be the point!

It could also be the fact that Dr. Romani told me she couldnt interpret my cbct scan but I totally get it because I couldn't interpret my own scan either when Dr. Romani told me I should do it instead. And given that she claimed the "bulk of the work" was going to be done by her after I had my surgery, it's easy to see how interpreting that scan simply didn't matter.

I'm just super happy that when I twice said I wanted to end treatment, my decision was fully respected by Dr. Romani in the only way she seems to know how. Watching Dr. Romani let her emotions and entitlement get the best of her simply because I said NO to more "treatment" was quite the experience. I'm sure the issues I have with my teeth after I said I wanted my braces off has absolutely nothing to do with what Dr. Romani did to them AFTER I revoked consent.

Thanks to Dr. Collins who removed my braces without the full story. It must be nice to have a colleague who'll use you as a shield to start a treatment plan with no clinical purpose for her own agenda.

Anyways, I actually enjoyed my time in braces so much I’m seriously debating whether to pay another $8k for a bone graft procedure just so I can get braces again. And I'm happy to report I've been compliant with wearing my retainers, they just happen to be holding my teeth in a position that is not compliant with my surgical plan.

Unfortunately, my next round of braces won't be with Romani. I prefer a dentist who doesn't give my teeth a parting gift just because I dared to dictate the end of my own treatment. And I would name my Surgeon, but I'm sure he doesnt want his name associated with someone who doesn't know how to end "treatment" without that treatment becoming, well, how should I say this, not treatment anymore.

Dr. Romani and her entire staff are wonderful from check in to check out. They have made my son’s Orthodontic journey smooth and understandable every step of the way. I appreciate the extra care they take for each case that’s presented to them. I would recommend Dr. Romani for all of your Orthodontic needs !

At 40 years old, I had been living with an impacted canine, a retained baby tooth, and crowding on the bottom. Because of the impacted tooth, I needed an implant— and the whole situation felt overwhelming after putting it off for so many years.

I had a very pleasant experience with Romani Orthodontics. She was very helpful and knowledgable when making a decision about what treatment would be best for me. After making the decision to go with Invisalign, I was very pleased with my treatment plan and was able to complete my treatment early. I would highly recommend her and her staff.

I wasn't happy when my dentist said I should see an orthodontist (I'm 60) because my teeth were shifting. After a couple of years and more shifting, I called Romani Orthodontics because he told me it was where he sent his kids (if it's good enough for a dentist's kids.....). I was given the option of braces or Invisalign (no brainer) but what really sold me on Invisalign was the technology Dr Romani uses in her practice, her Diamond-level provider status and her thoughtful consult. She is professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I am halfway through my treatment and already notice a huge difference in my bite and appearance that I am really happy with. I'm definitely glad I'm doing this and look forward to a smile I can be proud of. It doesn't hurt that the office is immaculate and her staff is great (they told me that there is over 100 years of experience between all of the assistants, not including Drs Romani and Collins). Highly recommend!!
