Whats New
At Romani Orthodontics, we constantly strive to stay on the leading edge of the orthodontic profession with the most current technologies available, comfortable and efficient treatment options, and ongoing professional instruction. Dr. Romani spends the equivalent of at least 3 weeks each year at continuing education courses and conferences learning new techniques and practice management skills to make your experience with us as pleasant and seamless as possible. ABO
Dr. Romani is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and recently completed her recertification to maintain this important distinction. Being Board Certified is a voluntary effort in addition to the ten years of education it takes to become an orthodontist: 4 years of college, 4 years of dental school, and 2 years of orthodontic residency. Board Certification demonstrates Dr. Romani’s ongoing pursuit of clinical excellence.
Laser
Our diode laser allows Dr. Romani to offer gingival (gum) recontouring procedures for our patients, right in the comfort of our office. This service is an added convenience to our patients, allowing treatment to progress more efficiently when a tooth requires "uncovering" or excess tissue needs to be removed. This saves a visit to another dental specialist, and we are pleased to offer these procedures at no additional charge.
Invisalign Teen
Dr. Romani has been treating patients with Invisalign for over a decade, and is ranked as a "Premier Provider," placing her in the top 5% of Invisalign doctors in the United States. Teens have special needs and requirements for treatment with invisible aligners, and Dr. Romani has the specialized training to provide Invisalign Teen to patients who qualify.
Romani Orthodontics was invited to participate in East Providence High School's career fair. Robin from Romani Orthodontics stands with event organizer and guidance counselor, Mr. O'Brien. He is also the father of two beautiful daughters that are patients in our Chepachet office.
